Shipping Information


Due to COVID-19 and for the safety of ourselves and all of our customers, all items purchased are final sale only. We will not accept returns or exchanges at this time. So it is very important to select the right size according to your correct measurements. 

All jewelry items are final sale.  

Some jewelry items will be made by hand after order is placed and payment is received. 

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment, excluding Sundays and holidays. 

Orders are fulfillled Monday-Saturday. 

We are only able to ship to the address provided durning checkout. 

We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided upon checkout that was incorrect. 

International Orders

All international packages may require additional processing time. 

Love Minkarah is not responsible for additional shipping and/or custom charges incurred by customer when importing goods. 

If package is returned to Love Minkarah due to unpaid charges. We will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.

Return Policy 

Love Minkarah offers STORE CREDIT ONLY for returned merchandise.

Love Minkarah does not issue cash refunds. 

Return requests must be sent to customer service within (7) days of delivery. After the 7th day the item is considered final sale. Once orders are placed no changes or cancellations can be made.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all returns. All returns/exchanges must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • (No Returns on sale or Sold Out Items)
  • Accessories are final sale 

Please Note: Merchandise that is distorted, scented, torn, stretched, etc. cannot be returned. 

All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping; therefore, if items are not compatible to our policy, we do reserve the right to refuse the item.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

Store Credit  

Store Credit is good for 100 days starting from issue date.

Store Credit can only be used on merchandise, you will be responsible for shipping costs. 


All sale items are final sale.

No refunds or exchanges can be made on sale items, accsssories or (sold out) items.
